01 NEW HEAVY STEEL AUTOMATIC WELDING LINE LAUNCHED
We have officially put a new heavy steel automatic welding production line into operation at our workshop. The new line is equipped with automatic submerged arc welding and CNC cutting systems, which raises welding quality consistency, shortens fabrication lead time and supports heavier column and beam sections up to the tonnage our overseas projects require. Together with our expanded BIM digital design center, the whole production chain now runs from 3D modeling directly to machine programming, for fewer errors and faster delivery.
02 BIM DIGITAL DESIGN CENTER NOW ONLINE
Our new BIM design center is live. Every project is modeled in 3D first, so connections, dimensions and erection sequences are checked before fabrication starts. This reduces site rework, speeds up drawing approval by overseas engineers, and lets us deliver stamped shop drawings faster under AISC, EN 1090 and CSA standards.
03 EN 1090 CE, AISC, CWB AND ISO 3834 CERTIFICATIONS SECURED
We are pleased to announce that our heavy steel fabrication facility now holds EN 1090 CE, AISC, CWB and ISO 3834 certifications. These approvals confirm that our welding, fabrication and quality control systems meet the major international standards that North American, European, Australian and Canadian buyers require, so your projects can clear customs and site review without delay.
04 MAJOR OVERSEAS CONTRACT SIGNED FOR WAN SQUARE METER HEAVY STEEL WORKSHOP AND AIRCRAFT HANGAR
We have signed a major overseas contract covering a ten thousand square meter heavy steel industrial workshop plus an aircraft hangar project in the Middle East. The contract includes full structural design, fabrication, corrosion protection and on site erection guidance. This win reflects the trust global contractors place in our one stop heavy steel delivery capability.
05 INSIDE OUR FACTORY: 30 YEARS OF INTEGRATED EXPORT MANUFACTURING
Take a look inside our facility. For 30 years we have built an integrated heavy steel manufacturing system under one roof, from structural engineering and BIM detailing to CNC cutting, automatic welding, shot blasting, coating and container loading. We are rolling out the Inside Our Factory video series, starting with a tour of our heavy steel workshop and our independent testing and inspection center. See how columns, beams and trusses are cut, welded, checked dimension by dimension, and prepared for export.
07 OVERSEAS PROJECT LOADING AND SHIPMENT IN PROGRESS
Our latest overseas heavy steel order is now on the floor. Components have been pre assembled, numbered, wrapped and loaded into containers at our loading bay, ready for shipment from Qingdao port. Every piece is marked by erection position, so unloading and assembly on site go smoothly.
08 OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS AND THIRD PARTY AUDITORS VISIT OUR PLANT
We recently welcomed overseas clients and third party inspection bodies to our facility for factory audit and order inspection. They reviewed our welding procedures, non destructive testing records and coating line in person, and confirmed our production quality and capacity. We believe openness is the best proof of capability.
09 WE APPEAR AT INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION EXPO
Our team joined an international construction and steel structure exhibition, meeting contractors, engineers and project owners from around the world. We shared our latest heavy steel solutions, long span hangar design and export delivery track record, and built new partnerships for upcoming projects.
